• How can I buy a painting? Do I buy directly with you?
I am happy to sell the artworks directly to you, without any middle man. For the payment, I send an invoice that is payable in 2 weeks. The payment process is very easy and straightforward, done via Stripes (similar to Paypal) which requires only the credit card number or in most cases, via bank IBAN/SEPA transfers. Just drop me an email with your request or questions.
  • How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is not included in the price of the painting unless specified. The price differs between countries and also depends on the size of the artwork. I will gladly provide you with a quote and find the best alternative. For worldwide shipping, the paintings are insured and a tracking number is provided. Please be aware that customs fees will most likely be due on international orders depending on your country, and are to be paid by the buyer.
  • How do you send the artwork?
Your painting will be protected with glassine paper and carefully packed in paper / bubble wrap and cardboard. In relation to my environmental consciousness, I try to reuse every packaging I get, so the exterior might not look in mint condition, but I always make sure your artwork is adequately protected to arrive safely. In case of a big format painting, the artwork has to be taken off its frame and rolled. In that case, the buyer needs to bring it to a framer to have it remounted. This is much safer for the artwork and also the only way when the size exceed the shipping limit.
  • Do you take commissions?
I do! Please don't hesitate to get in touch so we can discuss size, colors, budget, etc. Please keep in mind that the painting will be different from any other paintings I have done, as each is a unique, original artwork. Please send me an email for any questions!
  • What are the materials used in your artworks?
The main material is high quality acrylic paint. I also use oil and dry pastels, acrylic professional spray paint, crayons, and charcoal pens. Most mixed media pieces uses collages, like natural material I find and get inspired by. For example, sand from different parts of the world is often used, or recycled paper from old books, magazines or newspapers. I also make my own collage paper made with marks on tissue paper. Some artworks have also marble powder or creative stone powder as a foundation. These are also all professional grade materials, made for painting. Every artwork is varnished with a fixative spray, as well as 2 layers of liquid varnish for maximum protection of the colors. Cold wax medium is also sometimes used as a finishing coat.
  • Do you have a return policy?
I am available every step of the way if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Customer service is extremely important to me and I want to make sure you are entirely satisfied and happy with your purchase. Therefore, I will accept a return within 14 days if the artwork is not to your satisfaction. I will reimburse the full amount of the painting. I would then ask for the return of the artwork to me and in this case, shipping fees would be taken in charge by the buyer. It has never happened so far but the option is there!
  • Disclamer
Images may not reflect the true colours of the artwork, although every effort has been made to do so. Every computer's settings are also different. Don't hesitate to request more pictures or videos of the artwork.
